Recently I read a lot of texts and books about psychology ppl with anxiety and about woman histeria to find answers for some of my questions.
Thanks to them I could look at myself from other side, but also to see how this is starting to change my looking at some subjects and ppl around me. I got more empathy for myself and others, everyday trying change my bad sides for good things, help others, woke up, life, work and pray.
